MEDITATION

People have different motives to practice meditation: to silence a restless mind, to know oneself better, to find tranquility and truth about oneself, to find oneself into a contemplative state or connect with the higher power. We believe that no matter what is the intention to meditate – it always have positive impact on mind and well-being.

Guided meditation classes are led by certified instructors and are held in groups of at least 5 people.

Location: The sessions take place at Buddha’s House, on the beach or cliffs.

Conditioning:

  • Physical and health limitations.
  • Reservations subject to availability.

Cancellations of reservations until 6pm the previous day.

On-site markings until 6pm the previous day and upon availability.
