Purpose of Pilates is to strengthen the deep muscles of the abdomen, promote mobility to the joints, re-educate movement, body awareness, and improve posture, making muscles healthier (elongated and toned).

Classes are led by certified instructors and will be held in groups of at least 5 people.

Location: The sessions take place at Buddha’s House, on the beach or cliffs.
