Tai Chi Chuan, a Chinese martial art, is a very deep practice as it works on three levels: the physical body, the mind and the spirit. The movement and awareness exercises, breathing techniques, self-defense exercises performed throughout the class along with meditative state are oriented to improve and contribute to your well-being and health. Thai Chi concentrates on relieving the physical effects of stress on the body and mind and improves physical fitness.
Classes are led by certified instructors and will be held in groups of at least 5 people.
Location: The sessions take place at Buddha’s House, on the beach or cliffs.
