Join us for a weekly ecstatic dance session, Fridays from 18h to 20h30, in the cozy wooden shala at Terra Lodge.

We start with a guided warmup to tune into the body and drop the turnings of the mind, by Emi Tanaka from Ecstatic Dance Tokyo, our newest adition to the community.

Commanding the decks will be VLADISLOVE, a passionate DJ and producer who uses music as a universal language to spread love, positivity, and unity. Known for his unique blend of melodic grooves and hypnotic bass rhythms, his performances transcend music, creating an immersive experience filled with uplifting vibes that resonate deeply with the soul.

Closing, we surrender to the earth’s embrace with a meditative sound journey deeply rooted in gratitude, to leave the experience grounded and refreshed.
