He was born in Lisbon and was raised in Nazaré, where he began to catch his first waves, still a child. It was at that time that his passion for surfing was born.

He returned to Lisbon, where he graduated as a lawyer and created his office under the GAP brand. He has been active in the last 25 years with great success and notoriety.

About 10 years ago he began to develop projects, starting from the reconstruction of old spaces and looking for sustainable development.

Two years ago, he bought the space where today Terra Lodge is, moved to Ericeira and since then he has been dedicating himself to this project wholeheartedly.
